BTL engineers have developed unique, fully automated CNC presses to carry out two upset forging operations simultaneously. This proprietary, double-upset forging process is significantly faster and produces accurate, reliable forged parts with superior metallurgical properties.
A robotics loading system and computerized process control facilitate the forging shop operations.
